The Japanese manufacturer Sony has announced lately for it's latest flagship Sony Xperia s that it's going to be updated late may/early June and and this is a quote of what Sony has announced for the Xperia s after
“Xperia S is planned to get ICS somewhere around late May/early June. That’s what’s been said and that’s still what we’re sticking to. Any other dates (such as “June/July”) is just speculation. The roll out is, as always, gradual and will not happen over night for all phones. Some phones might get the update in late May whilst other will get it in mid June etc“.
At this rate not all the devices will be getting the ICS update until end of July
Sony's flagship the Sony Xperia s is a nice peace of cake phone but it's still not much when running android gingerbread 2.3 and that would be nice if Sony just start rolling the update because customers are feeling old and not satisfied with the service provided by Sony when compared to other manufacturers like Samsung so we all have to do is wait and see if sony are "Sticking" to their promise about their flagship . t=hank you
